職位介紹: This role will be responsible for driving cross border trading business for Parts & Accessories Categories of eBay Greater China sellers on eBay overseas core sites: ? Responsible for the business growth target for P&A categories including Car & truck parts, motorcycle parts, automotive tools and supplies, car electronics etc. covering business of Greater China seller regions (including Mainland China, Hong Kong & Taiwan) on overseas eBay sites (core sites: US, UK, AU, DE, FR, IT, ES, CA). ? Make full use of Automotive Industry connection and product knowhow, lead business development team and account management team to identify, acquire and onboard China branded inventories. Deep dive in China auto parts aftermarket supply chain. ? Launch projects to connect eBay Greater China with automotive industry, and setup strategies to drive sellers’ business increase, retail channel & brand building, car fitment adoption, market entry standard. ? Comprehend overseas P&A demand intelligence through eBay data analysis, market monitoring and industry know how. Share the demand intelligence to sellers as supply expansion guide for business growth. ? Collaborate across business units (UK, US) & function teams to initiate promotions and campaigns to drive business growth. Job Requirements· Bachelor degree. Major in Business, Economics, automotive or mechanical engineering as a plus. · Experience as product manager, sourcing manager as a plus. Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) · Top ranking university preferred. · 3+ years working experience with Sales, Marketing, Product management, Supply Chain Management in automotive industry. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Logic thinking and strong quantitative analytical skills · Strong execution and project management · Self-motivated and able to learn and work with minimal supervision· Customer oriented, Result driven, Innovative and Open-minded Target search list: Bosch, TRW, Delphi, Valeo, Magna, Fe
