職位介紹
We are seeking a Finance Manager who will lead, direct and control the financial resources and financial planning of Business Unit to maintain the short and long-term financial health of the BU. 【Job Descriptions】 1）Direct, develop and monitor a variety of day-to-day financial activities in accordance with accounting principles, and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. 2）Manage and ensure all financial and management reporting, business analysis, working capital management, forecasting and planning for the BU. 3）As key member of the BU’s management team, work proactively as finance business partner, and manage finance function to provide BU management with timely financial information and business analysis. 4）Oversee cash management, cash forecasting and positioning, and proper credit facility. 5）Tax management, ensuring tax compliance and reducing tax risks. 6）Develop and monitor controls and procedures to improve finance processes and business processes, support a good internal control environment to protect the company’s assets. 7）Liaise and manage on ongoing relationship with external stakeholders, i.e. external auditors, banking etc. 8）Participate in improvement projects or other initiatives. 9）Set up, manage and develop a team of professionals. 【Job Requirements】 1）Bachelor’s degree and/or above; Major in finance or accounting; 2）10-15+ years relevant work experience in manufacturing MNC ; 3）Decision making and initiating action; 4）Demonstratable leadership and interpersonal skills; 5）Result-oriented and be familiar with change management; 6）Strong accounting/business controlling work experience, and good knowledge about IFRS, China GAAP and taxation; 7）Good command of spoken & written English; 8）Travel frequency: around 10% per month.
